In this high-energy, hands-on workshop, you will learn the secrets of crafting hand tossed New York Style pizza entirely from scratch under the guidance of our professional kitchen crew. You will get plenty of messy, creative practice mixing dough, stretching it like a pro, and loaded up with premium toppings. Once the hard work wraps up, you get to sit back, unwind, and feast on a spectacular, multi-course Italian meal centered around the very dishes you just helped create.

This event is absolutely perfect for any occasion where you want to connect, laugh, and eat incredible food. If you are looking to spice up your typical date night, you can shake things up, share a drink, and see who has the best dough-tossing skills in the room. It is also an amazing excuse to gather your closest friends and family for a lively night of cooking that is interactive, fun, and delicious. If you are trying to break the ice with coworkers, our workshop makes for an incredible corporate team-building event where everyone can collaborate on custom toppings and bond over a shared love of great food and a little friendly competition.

From there, you will jump straight into the hands-on workshop to master the secrets of mixing dough from scratch, shaping your crust, and customizing your personal pie with premium cheeses and house-made sauces. You get to pick your culinary path by crafting one of three incredible styles from scratch: a classic New York style pizza, a rich and creamy Pizza Ala Vodka, or a traditional Pizza Bianco (white pizza). After the class, slice into your hot, custom creation fresh from our ovens and enjoy it alongside lively conversation and perfectly paired cocktails. You will end the night on a delicious high note with a decadent, pre-made Italian dessert crafted fresh by our professional pastry chef.

Private Events Available! Want the entire kitchen to yourself? We host private bookings tailored completely to your group. Whether you’re planning a milestone birthday, a family reunion, a holiday party, or a corporate outing, we handle all the setup and cleanup so you can focus entirely on having fun and making memories.

The Event Experience

  • The Hands-On Workshop: Master the secrets of mixing dough from scratch, stretching and shaping it like a pro, and customizing your personal pie with premium cheese and house-made sauces.

  • You get to choose 1 of 3 types of pizza from scratch. A classic New York style pizza. Pizza Ala vodka or a Pizza

  • The Welcome Appetizer: Shift from chef to guest as you sit back and unwind with a chef-curated Italian appetizer to kick off the evening.

  • For the appetizers you can choose 1 of 3 appetizers - Classic Caesar Salad - Hand made Meatballs - Fried Mozzarella.

  • The Post-Class Feast: Slice into the custom pizza you created, fresh from our ovens, and enjoy it alongside lively conversation and perfectly paired cocktails.

  • The Sweet Finale: End the night on a delicious high note with a decadent, pre-made Italian dessert crafted by our pastry chef.

Everything you need for an amazing night is fully included in the experience. You will get step-by-step guidance from our friendly kitchen team, a full multi-course meal, and all the premium ingredients, specialized pizza tools, and aprons needed to just focus on the fun. The total cost is only $65 per person, with a $10 non-refundable booking deposit due online to secure your spot. You will pay the remaining balance at the event, and please note that sales tax and gratuity are not included and will be added to that final balance.
